The Team

Dr. Deeves is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist in San Antonio, Texas. She earned her Medical Degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio and has been in practice for more than 20 years.. She leads our team and makes sure all our backgrounds work together to help support your mental health goals.

Jessica Miller, PA,  graduated from Texas Tech University Health Science Center with her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. She received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Lubbock Christian University. Jessica is passionate about providing a holistic, collaborative, and patient-centered approach to caring for patients’ mental health needs. 

At Lighthouse Mental Health Group, we treat a full range of psychiatric disorders and specialize in medication management of anxiety, mood disorders, and psychotic disorders.  We offer effective individualized outpatient psychiatric care and therapy.
